Quick and Easy Lemon Pickle Recipe

Thoroughly wash the lemons and cut them into quarters.

Dry roast mustard and fenugreek seeds until aromatic.

Grind them into a fine powder for that extra punch of flavor!

Add turmeric, chili powder, and salt to the lemon pieces.

Mix in the roasted spice powder for that rich tangy blend!

Heat oil until it smokes and pour over the lemon mixture.

Stir well and let it cool. Store in a jar and wait for 1-2 days for best results!
